Mosaic Party Walls was born out of the success of Mosaic Building Design, leveraging our expertise in construction and design to specialise in party wall matters and provide our clients with exceptional service.

Our team of experts have a deep understanding of the Party Wall Act and have successfully managed countless party wall matters and are full members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results that exceed our clients’ expectations. Our Surveyors bring past experience of working as Building Control Surveyors and within Planning departments which we draw on in our advice.

  I was searching for a Party Wall Surveyor for my house in Enfield after my neighbour wanted an agreement. Hasan and Henry at Mosaic Party Walls worked very quickly and explained all the options that could happen and were able to reassure my neighbour that a condition survey would be suitable given the project was small. My main concern was damaging my relationship with my neighbour over this project but with their professional help and reassurance, both parties had nothing to worry about.   I used Mosaic Party Walls to take care of my Party Wall project in Edgware which included Party Wall notices and resulting Award with my neighbour - They chased without me having to make sure my neighbours respond and keep the costs low especially as one of the neighbours lived elsewhere
