  • Price per neighbour
  • Price dependent on scope of works
  • Free if you are an Architect/Agent referring your first client to us
  • £75.00 max price of notice per neighbouring owner
  • Discount provided in projects where more than 2 owners require notice
  • Fee includes land registry titles, posting and follow up notices

Notes

  1. Any work outside of our fixed pricing is charged at £150 per hour including disbursements (this may be in the event of damage occurring during the works)
  2. In most cases the fees under the Act is borne by the Building Owner carrying out the works
  3. All Quotes are No Additional VAT to pay (Correct at time of writing)
