Our general fees are broken down below:

£ 0-75 From

Price per neighbour
Price dependent on scope of works
Free if you are an Architect/Agent referring your first client to us
£75.00 max price of notice per neighbouring owner
Discount provided in projects where more than 2 owners require notice
Fee includes land registry titles, posting and follow up notices

£ 249 From

Prices start from £249 per property
Physical Visit by a Surveyor
Photo Schedule
Written Report
Discount provided where there are 2 or more
Fee quote depends on scale of project
Max price - £450 per property

£ 750 From

Includes Schedule of Condition at no extra cost
Full Written Award
In the event of a dispute arising from the service of notice(s) - both as either:

Agreed Surveyor

or as the owner's appointed surveyor
Discounted Awards for additional Awards
Fee Quote dependent on scale of project

Notes

Any work outside of our fixed pricing is charged at £150 per hour including disbursements (this may be in the event of damage occurring during the works)
In most cases the fees under the Act is borne by the Building Owner carrying out the works
All Quotes are No Additional VAT to pay (Correct at time of writing)
